1. How long will my NVQ take?
This depends on your chosen route and the level you are doing:
Fast Track takes place in friendly workshops run by one of our Assessors over 2 or 3 days in a quiet classroom with a couple of other learners and we do the rest in approximately 6-10 weeks in your workplace.
The standard NVQ route takes about 7 months for a level 2 and longer for a level 3 at around 9 months.
2. Can any of my previous NVQ work be used for my new NVQ?
Yes, although there is currently no direct carry over of units from prior NVQ's. If the actual work is recent then we will look at it for you and see if any of the content is valid and still relevant. If it is then we will use it in your current NVQ with us.
3. Will I have to take any exams?
There are no exams in our NVQ programme, your Assessor will look at your written work and ask you questions then carry out observations.
