• Demonstrate how to provide others with information about the consequences of discrimination, the impact of inclusion and the significance of diversity by supporting people to challenge discrimination
• Examine the procedures, systems and processes within their role of accountability and to understand how these can promote equality and inclusion, evaluate effectiveness to ensure any gaps or shortfalls in systems and processes are addressed
• Understand and describe ethical dilemmas and explain the principles of informed choice by proposing a strategy to manage risks when balancing individual rights and duty
