I have been in the Caring Industry for 20 years and have dealt with a great number of training companies, but I have to say that Aspect Training are the only company that have completed what they promised.
We have had inductions completed in a short time and done with eagerness. NVQ Level 2 and 3 are nearing completion and again the Carers are eager to meet with the assessor and produce their work on time. We have three Managers undertaking their training and they are pleased with the support they are receiving.
I cannot praise the company enough, for us as a company it has taken the headache out of training. I know that we are training our Carers to a good standard and in line with current regulations.

I would like to thank you for the assistance we have received from yourselves and your tutors with regard to staff training.
The tutors have carried out the training sessions in a professional manner whilst giving consideration to the Residents privacy whilst assessing the students.
I have spoken to staff and they have asked me to say they have enjoyed their training for NVQ and the induction training, they said they found the courses fairly easy as they had a lot of help and advice from their tutor.
We have had training from various company's over the years and I can say from my experience staff have completed training in a shorter period of time and in a more relaxed atmosphere with Aspect than with previous trainers.
We look forward to continuing our association with Aspect.

Aspect Training have been delivering NVQ training to Care Assistants at this home for over a year.

I have been very impressed with Aspect Training, over the past 2 years, with high achievement rates and no drop out.
This year we were offered some money from TOPSS to complete induction packs for our new starters. I had 10 packs and offered Aspect Training the opportunity to complete the training. It should have taken 6 weeks, but we only had 4 weeks before the closing date.
Aspect took the challenge and as usual achieved with their usual high standards.
As a home Manager I am able to recommend Aspect Training to my colleagues with total confidence of their abilities and our success rates.

ST is a national charity who support people with disabilities gain and sustain worthwhile employment.
Aspect Training have provided excellent NVQ training for two of my clients who work within the Care industry. Both have a learning disability and require extra support to achieve. Aspect have been sensitive to this and have provided an assessor with the relevant skills and experience along with a training package suited to their needs.
As an officer I visit both clients regularly, and they have each expressed how much they have enjoyed the NVQ training and they are very proud of what they have achieved. It has done wonders for their self esteem. The employers in each case are very impressed with the results.
It is our intention to continue using Aspect Training in the future.
