Whether you work in catering e.g. as a kitchen assistant, cook/chef; work in food retail; are a health care worker; or work in any setting that handles food, then from our selection of Food Safety courses we can provide you with the important knowledge about the food safety and hygiene practices that are essential to your job role.
You don't need any previous qualifications or experience to benefit from these courses - just a passion for people and a desire to make a positive difference to the lives of the individuals you support.
Our general recommendations about who each course is aimed at:
Food Safety Awareness - care staff, personal assistants, health care workers, general public and anyone that may handle, prepare or serve food but where it is not necessarily their main job role
Award in Food Safety - Levels 1-2 - care staff and health care workers who work in the kitchen regularly, new catering staff and assistants
CIEH Accredited: Introduction to Food Safety - any staff
(any person mentioned above who needs/would prefer an accredited version of the training)
CIEH Accredited: Intermediate Food Safety - managers and senior staff
CIEH Accredited: Foundation in Food Safety - kitchen staff, chefs, cooks
