Thank you very much for delivering the Oxygen Awareness and Insulin Administration/Diabetes training. Your delivery was engaging and informative. The slides were brought to life by your own experiences which made it less dry and easier for the information to be put into context. I was able to fill in the gaps in my knowledge and understanding and it was easy, through your person-centred knowledge, to highlight areas in how I might better support my current and any future clients. I have no doubt that receiving this training will not only benefit my client but also my confidence and skill set and my current and future clients will have the reassurance and confidence that I am up to date with best practice in these fields. Been meaning to pass on my thanks to you for delivering the training. The thought, care and consideration put into what was clearly a bespoke training session was greatly appreciated.

I really enjoyed the day. The training was very informal yet knowledgeable. Paul was very friendly and professional. He made the training enjoyable.

The training went well with Gary.  Daryl was pleased with the approach that Gary took and is confident in delivering manual handling training to staff following his training. We will require Risk Assessment and Management Training - I will get in touch when the training would be best for ROC.

I have not attended the training today for Martha's rule, however I am currently in the office with a manager who is attending and just want to say when listening to this training it is really good, informative and interactive. 

It has been a pleasure sitting in the training - you delivered the session with much ease and passion. I wish l would do it like that . Again thank you so much for the excellent session.

Thank you for the training session. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to access the QR code, but I still wanted to share my feedback.

I thought the session was very well delivered. Although there was a significant amount of information to cover and quite detailed slides, you managed to communicate everything effectively through discussion, which meant it never felt overly reliant on the slides. The use of humour was particularly helpful in creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere for attendees.

The content was highly relevant, and I believe attendees found it beneficial. It was interesting to observe, through conversations, that some providers demonstrated a strong understanding of safeguarding, while others would clearly benefit from additional support. It also seemed evident that some providers may not be fully accessing the support currently available to them.

I was pleased to see a reduced sense of blame within discussions. However, it did highlight that some providers are not fully aware of the safeguarding process, particularly in terms of what to expect from Adult Social Care. This may reflect their limited involvement with social workers within the process, something that is evident in practice and which we are keen to improve.

Overall, the session reinforced the need for clearer and more accessible information about the safeguarding process, including how providers should be involved. I plan to discuss this further with the Contract Compliance Officer and consider whether it would be beneficial for me to attend provider management meetings to support this work.
